可能係因為會考所以有較大的動力,
明明我考緊mock近2個月無練, 都pb到

但練多左爆炸力, 加埋用釘鞋
就快左好多

我覺得釘鞋用多d會慣
至於仆底我就未試過
我以前都覺釘鞋唔舒服, 但學界個個跑1500m都用, 於是試下
發覺快左幾秒, 所以就用
