練習長跑路線

多在加惠民道與域多利道交界至薄扶林道消防局,來回一次共12.5km。

Me 2.My route is slightly different and more hilly.I start at the junction of Victoria Road and Ka Wai Man Road, run along the Victoria Road until reaching the junction of Victoria Road and Cyberport Road.Run down the Cyberport Road and then uphill heading to the Sandy Bay Drive.Run up the very steep Sandy Bay Drive and join the Victoria Road again and run back to the start.Total distance is approximately 12km with a number of ascends and descends

這條路線我也試過呢,末段的斜路,使練習錦上添花…但一般我也不想太辛苦喇,所以很少跑那條斜路(肌肉的反應告訴我,它比上青年旅舍的斜路更令肌肉有反應…雖然往青年旅舍的路更長,但畢竟斜度不及前者勁!),反而會在斜路前掉頭,回數碼港接回域多利道返西環,用以增加練習的長度,這樣一來便多了六公里,參加半馬賽前的日子便是這樣過了,若是為全馬練習,則再加上摩星嶺道甚或跑至深水灣來回。
多在深宵或大清晨跑,因為無人無車!只有晨運人士…蝙蝠和貓。

我都有跑呢段(水街沿海皮,域多利道至貝沙灣來回),多數下午跑。
