標題: NB 903
都有十幾年冇著過NB跑鞋了. 聽見你地講開NB, 身痕今朝上網ordered咗對903試吓. 鋪頭賣$110, 上網買$80有找. 此鞋係Runner's World magazine今年Editor's Choice嘅 award winner. 收貨後再post啲相上嚟.

NB的鞋底比較厚，是否表示它的保護性較強呢？

今日收到了貨. 黃色都幾好睇. 著落腳就覺得太鬆. 小弟一向著開十號鞋. 今次NB我諗要改九號半了. 於是寄番比網上公司交換size. 好在有free return and exchange. 此鞋我覺得十分之輕. 鞋內係seamless, 而且係花旗國嘅出品, 手工都唔錯, 但要跑過才知道舒唔舒服. Post住幾張相先啦.

嘩! 等到頸都長埋, 終於換咗對九號半. 今個weekend要當更, 下星期初先至可以著去試跑.

終於有機會可以試倒新鞋了! No wonder why Runner's World magazine比個editor's choice嘅獎牌佢. 小弟得一個字黎贊佢 ~ 正!!!

首先小弟先至聲明, 呢對係stability-support performance running shoes. 個midsole area係rigid架, is mainly designed for runners with mild to moderate over pronation feet, 千期唔好買錯鞋嚟著呀, 會好容易整傷膝頭哥和feet架. 小弟so far用佢嚟跑過一次5k, 10k, 15k and VO2 max runs, 簡直一流, 鞋身超輕, 避震力亦十分之好 (a surprise to me ~ Asics's gel versus NB's Abzorb), 好有所謂嘅road feel, toe box area又唔narrow and tight, 相信小弟可以試吓用佢嚟跑LSD (over 15 miles or 25k).

小弟應為呢對鞋買得過 and it is made in USA. 對各位嚟講係來"佬"貨!

小弟都係著NB跑鞋但係都覺得個鞋底唔夠厚，另外加咗個乳膠 insole。
請問各位ching ctse 我咁做法其實啱唔啱o架?

Yes, definitely! the insoles/inserts basically serve two purposes:

1) to support your foot arch (the hard ones).
2) to give you more shock absorption (the soft gel heel pads) at the heel area.

As a matter of fact, I strongly recommend getting a pair if you are a runner. It does decrease the chance of getting foot and knee injuries.

Please take a look at all these different kinds of insoles/inserts, click on each and see the descriptions of each of them.

The most popular brand here in USA is Superfeet. It is sold everywhere. I am sure you can buy Superfeet in HK. It depends on the type of arch that you have (high, neutral or low). Most runners wear either green or blue colour. My wife wears the berry colour one because she is not a runner.

其實小弟對 NB 有種情意結，因為十幾廿年來至今，警校和 PTU 受訓的學員，都會免費獲派發 NB 跑鞋作為受訓用指定裝備( PTU 可以在跑步堂時穿著私伙跑鞋)，當然！政府派發的 NB 一定不是那些高檔的型號，記得我十幾年前入警校和 PTU 時，獲派發的 NB 是一對很落後的跑鞋，海綿避震，全灰色絨皮加帆布面，外型超級復刻到不敢著出街，有些少像 NB 的 420 型號，但我最近知道，現時在警校和 PTU 受訓的學員幸福得多了，雖然他們仍然是獲派發的都是 NB 跑鞋，但型號改為了 754。

今日加了普通軟墊入跑鞋adizero PRO, 感覺良好,保護力加強了。

Hi Ning,

Yes, I always throw away the ones that come with the shoes and buy new insoles (or use the same pair from the old shoes if it is still good). The ones that come with the new shoes are just too soft and don't provide ANY firm support at all to your feet during running. Make sure you buy the right ones for your foot arch though.
