There is an option [Share] when u go into your activity (u need to login beforehand), for which u can choose the media to share (facebook, twitter, e-mail, etc)

i can the shar option, but it turns gray, how to activate this function?

you need to set the "Activity Privacy"(Locker) to "Everyone" to share your activity via email or social networks
