標題: 想參考下大家練習時間表....
三樣野一齊練真係唔係咁簡單...
想問下大家會點抽到時間練呢?
我每星期練得2課跑(tempo and interval)
2課單車(100k & 40k)....2課游水(是但游..)
不過都唔係成日抽到時間...
不過最小1個week 3樣都要練1課...
唔知大家會點練呢..

夏天会游水(100m) + 跑步5K. (一課), 1星期三次

swim bike run even focus schedule.  2 sessions for each per week

mon off
tues bike (can be harder bike like 10k wu, 2x10k tempo work, 10k cd)
wed swim (long interval swim e.g. 6x400 ot 3x800)
thurs run (harder run can be interval or tempo)
fri swim (shorter inteval swim e.g. 2x10x100 or 10x200)
sat long bike with run off the bike
sun long run (optional long sea swim);  can change to aquathon or brick training
