瑞士策馬特馬拉松

2014年7月5日 (星期六)
全馬限時 7小時
全馬起步時間上午 8:40 (當地時間), 關門時間為下午3:45
全馬報名費: 115 瑞士法朗 / 95 歐羅 (包括比賽前後共三日的區內交通費用)

起步點 : St. Niklaus,  1'116 公尺
半程:  Zermatt,  1'615 公尺
終點: Riffelberg, 2'582 公尺

除全馬外,  另外還有超馬及半馬項目, 不過名額已滿.

包車費就真係平喎... 瑞士本身生活指數好高, 一千港紙左右報名費加埋交通費.. 就幾抵....

Finisher-Shirt, medal, transportation of clothes to the finish area, finisher certificate, pasta voucher, finisher photo, free journey from Friday to Sunday: Brig-Zermatt (MGBahn), St. Niklaus – Grächen (Postal), Zermatt – Gornergrat (GGB) and Sunegga Zermatt (Zermatt Mountain Funicular)

其他比賽.. 一張都收過百..

不過, 未能在限時前, 到達 check point 或完賽, 就百無喇 !

Every runner reaching out one of the control points out of the closing times will neither be ranked nor entitled to the Zermatt Marathon various utilities such as catering, sanitary points, prize, etc ...

從蘇黎世機場, 坐四個小時火車, 可抵策馬特 (Zermatt), 一個非常熱鬧的旅遊山城, 海拔一千六百餘米,  旅館、餐廳、登山及戶外用品店舖林立, 大部分參加馬拉松的跑手都是住在這裡.

比賽當天火車加開班次接載跑手到山下一千一百餘米的起點 St. Niklaus, 距離剛 21 公里, 策馬特正是全馬的半程位置, 往上跑到 Riffelberg, 海拔 2585米, 就是全馬終點, 再跑多 3.4公里到 Gornergrat, 海拔3089米, 就是超馬終點; 而半馬即由策馬特跑至 Riffelberg.

報名費是包含往返這幾個地方的三天乘車証, 方便跑手提取比賽包, 視察比賽路線、起點及終點等, 當然不容錯過乘登山火車到 Gornergrat, . 用眼睛親近瑞士著名的三角尖山 - 馬特洪峰.

比賽日早上天陰清涼, 攝氏十餘度, 大會提供衣物寄存及運送往終點, 我參加的全馬項目8:40 開始分批起步.

賽道首 21公里, 由St. Niklaus 至 Zermatt, 高度攀登五百米, 路段為柏油路與泥路及登山徑組成, 有當地居民打氣, 4-5公里一個水站, 個別水站還供應有熱湯、可樂、香蕉、energy gel 、energy bar、餅干等. 大部份跑手早已超越我, 押尾單車亦不時陪著我, 不用擔心會迷路, 哈哈!

跑過 Zermatt 的 check point 時 , 聽到大會人員諗出我的名字, 來自香港, 一陣興奮, 跑快兩步, 追及前面一位來自羅馬尼亞的跑手, 還邊跑邊閒聊, 還替我拍照; 由 Zermatt 到 39 公里位置 , 海拔攀升七百餘米, 坡度較大, 有上亦有落, 主要是泥石路及登山徑, 水站亦加密了, 約相距 3 公里有一個.

我半行半跑, 而最後 3公里是急上坡, 攀升三百餘米, 只得急步行, 追過幾名在休息的男跑手, 到終點  2585 米的 Riffelberg, 超時完賽, 是女子組最後一名.  大會人員送上小食和水, 還有完賽 T shirt, 喜出望外.
