小妹在跑之前兩小時吃東西..有時面包..有時烏冬加菜
其實出前一丁太肥..太多鹽... 唔太合適用來做早餐....
如果 ching 比較易肚餓..或者感到開始無力.... 拎定 power gel...
小妹練習時發現在 12-13k 開始無力 ...

Yes, no choice, no way to run so long without extra carbohydrates stored as fuel inside the body. The body needs fuel to run, otherwise will bonk or hit the wall.

因為自己唔係跑全馬,自己習慣就係比賽前會食麵包或朱古力,帶一支sports drink,途中慢慢飲…
小就點都會賽前o向場地搞掂,大就盡量之前o向屋企搞喇…
至於跑半馬我就唔會食野o既習慣
