標題: 熱氣到膝蓋 #16 + 聽到自己個膝頭的磨擦聲
CCM 跑到近40k, 已經4小時上落山

聽到自己個左膝少少磨擦聲.......
要刻意聽才聽到
跑時沒影響

2天後膝蓋下方部有d軟
這樣有無事

我右腳踝有極清脆的骨頭磨損聲, 下次可以演奏比你聽. 我照過X光, 醫生說是軟骨組織鈣化了, 無得攪!! 原因是以前踢波"拗柴"沒有好好打理. 我而家向前"拗"大D角度都會好痛. 所以不能跑太斜的路. 我相信病向淺中醫, 你要快快搵醫生睇睇, 是否需要減少活動, 讓軟骨組織有機會休息復原, 另外, 做運動前一定要做足熱身.

如果軟組織退化好似係無法!!
如果係初期就休息吓, 好番d就練吓四頭肌減輕膝蓋嘅負苛!!
問醫生佢地一定叫你唔好再跑步~~~

好返之後, 食多D膠質多既野 (鳳爪, 牛筋......) , 提供多D軟骨物質, 用來補充磨掉了的軟骨組織.

Sounds like you are at the early stage of "runner's knee" before inflammation and pain kick in.  Is the rubbing noise there too when you sit down to extend and flex your knee(s)?  If you keep on running, the pain and swelling will kick in eventually and the cushioning cartilage around the knee cap will wear out.  I advise you stop running for 5 to 7 days to see if it gets any better.  If not, you have to visit your doctor for an evaluation.  Hope this helps, good luck!

Hi ! Ivrunner,

I already have the same problem as KinKin , and even worse that my knees
and ankles are painful in running and sometimes also during walking, especially
when walking downstairs. I suffered for more than a month already.

I have consulted a IMS Chronic Musculosketetal Pain and Sport Soft-Tissue
Injury Specialty, the physiotherapist who handle my case use the medical
treatment what he called is IMS ( He is a Certifified IMS Practitioner ( Canada )
肌肉針刺治療師).
Is it a popular treatment in US or Canada ?
And what is your opinion on using such treatment for the knee pain ?

這星期我膝頭都有D痛,好驚跑渣打時會翻發

CCM 聽到自己個左膝少少磨擦聲

CCM 之前勁熱氣,條喉嚨好熱,
有時熱熱下喉嚨不熱便到膝蓋熱

前2日又熱氣
沒去喉嚨
直接去膝蓋,d根行路都很緊,有時少少"赤"
熱氣一過又好像沒大問題

都想看看骨科有無介紹
有資料請pm我
