不過唔知游湖會唔會太風平浪靜, 唔夠刺激呢

我想玩16/10台東的半鐵人, 但又想玩24/10响香港個ITU, 唔知回唔回得切?

Dear all,
I race there more then 3 years and the course is simple and nice view.
1. One loop swim in spring water lake. Crystal clear water but little bit chill...
2. 1 big loop bike course and first 45km is little bit up hill, return was very fast, you can see pacific ocean on your side when you riding, very nice view. No road closure but still safe.
3. also 1 loop of run course via country park > down town > country park, many aid station and lots of drinks, fruit, food, cup noodle etc...last year was sand storm so very forggy...
Welcome and award dinner in official hotel. Hotel was good but you can stay in 民宿 is bit cheaper.
From Kaoshung airport to Taitung need around 3.5 hours bus ride.
Hope this help.
I will go there again for OD race only, no 226 or 113 this time for my Kona race...
