The 2nd Tolo Harbour 10K (4k) Race will be held on Mar 30 (Sun) at Tai Po Tolo Harbour waterfront near Marine Police Pier, starting at 8:00am (10K) or 8:45am (4K). Distance is 10K, or 4K for junior. Five categories for men, four for women and three for juniors, plus team race. Entry fee is HK$120 (or HK$100 for junior), plus HK$100 for Champion chip deposit. Please see attached file for more information.

其實是不是同香港糖尿聯會健康長跑同一路程？

Amost the same.  The only difference is the starting point is 50 metres from the Diabetes Run (near old Marine Police HQ)

同一地點但向沙田方向前移500米, 但移前後一程來回科學園不足10k, 所以賽道要來回兩次, 一次短一次長, 尼個安排有點怪怪的.
