I will wear blue cap, Nike white long sleeves tee tapping with blue hkrunners.com's singlet.

如果有Mask Rider套裝, 我會買番套尼著, 最好有頭像既Gills. 仲未決定聽日既Dressing. 今朝早早課9點出去好鬼凍, 跑到中段又好熱, 諗緊如果聽日凍會著Nike長袖T,冇咁凍就著黑色短袖T, 不過一定要帶墨超, 因為明天陽光普照, 而家D紫外線好勁(因為大氣層穿左lone), 好傷眼睛嫁

100 % agree.  That's why my glasses is with "All Vision" function. (Turn dark while sun appears)

AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race III (11 Km) - 2008/3/2

Just having completed the 11 Km hilly race in a quite disapponted and slow time of 74 mins in the warm morning in Tai Tam Reservoir.
To conclude my poor performance, I had the analyse below :

i) Lack of training - Apart from attending races, I had four weeks of zero training already

ii) Wrong choice of clothing and shoes - I wore too much clothes today (long sleeves running tee plus vest topping) almost boiled me up after the long upward slope. My NB running shoes was proved not suitable in trail running in the stoney Boa Pass, which really hurted.

iii) Inadequate sleep - 4 hours sleeping was again proved not enough to me before race Despite the disappointed time, I really enjoyed the race. Another good race held by AVOHK.

It's good to meet so many hkrunner's members and having group pics after the race (including our greatest Keith, Kitty, CHIN, Bernard, LAM Wah....................)

blurmax 兄, 琴日一早去到, 好彩巴士上有好多C兄C姐, 落車咪人行我行, 上左樓梯之後, 見到D C兄C姐行入去一個屋苑, 我以為自己跟錯人, 但再上斜就冇人行, 唯有照跟佢地 , 落左屋苑停車場, 原來好多跑友已經到左, 心想好彩冇去錯地方, 拿拿聲換衫熱身, 出番頭先條斜路, 跑左百零米, 跑極都未上頂, 心知不妙, 即刻掉頭番入停車場, 不過o個度D風好似陰陰涼涼, 最後走番出入口曬太陽, 差唔多開跑原來冇封路, 唯有人跑我跑, 帶著副黑超陽光下都OK, 不過條路時晴時暗, 真係唔禁太快, 起步o個2至3分鐘都勁上斜, 跑到班C兄弟(當然我都係) 都且哂蝦, 過左陽明山莊情況好轉, 勁跑一段大落斜, 不過回程就大劑, 尼條路冇練過跑山真係唔好去, 好似blurmax兄講大上大落, 泥路又窄又多石, o個段泥石路由跑到走繼而快行, 有2次差D "K", 真係好易受傷, 加上除左近視眼鏡, 好多暗位睇唔清楚, 最後上番石屎路, 好似重見天日咁, 但冇奈過左條霸, 又一考驗勁上斜, 我計過由霸上番陽明山莊要15分鐘, 尼15分鐘上斜真係想殺死人, 少D意志都會放氣, 死頂後勁跑2分鐘返回停車場, 時間far far away from target 56分鐘(自己計時). 之後見到result list第1頁紙有自己個名(第3X名). 因冇帶近視眼鏡跑, 可惜見唔到blurmax兄. 如果唔係可以識多D高手呀.

之後見到result list第1頁紙有自己個名(第3X名). 因冇帶近視眼鏡跑, 可惜見唔到blurmax兄. 如果唔係可以識多D高手呀.

That mean U're much faster than me lah.
U re the true "Master" indeed.
I guess I will appear on the page 3 of the result list this time.

只係死捱先返到終點, 除城門水塘長命斜, 尼條線算係高難度. 沙田有得跑一定去啦, 鄉下仔唔洗出城又有得玩, 後記: 琴日跑完帶番眼鏡見到班C兄影緊相, 唔肯定係唔係blurmax兄, 因為當時冇帶Cap, 不過如你所述白色長T藍色背心. Right ?
