Never run at Victoris park before, but my colleague confirmed the lockers therein could be locked.
The lockers in Happy Valley could be locked, but an extra lock is recommended.

Normally I ran with "MP3", "$100", "Octopus" & "Key" only, nothing need to locked. So, I am sorry and don't know are there any locker in Victoria park
