Southern District Cross Country Race - 08/8/10

Just completed the 8 Km (probably 8.5 Km) x-country race in an OK time of 48 mins in the hot and humid morning today.  Nice to meet MJ, randy and hobbywet before the race.

Not muddy at all comparing with last year's game in heavy rain.  However I got trapped in the trail behind a long queue, otherwise I could get closer to U.

I completed the race at about 43 min+ in such a hot and humid weather this morning. Some uphill and downhill, upstair and downstair. I felt fatique in the last 3K due to lack of training.

(But still better than my run in "Shatin Mixed Terrain Race 08" in which I achieved at about 58 min+ (9K)).
Happy to meet Blurmax, Randyip and hobbywet again

hobbywet

跑完,不過都好潮濕,好彩唔晒,跑入小徑後,都好舒服,不過可能唔慣跑石路, 一時差錯腳,差d 拗柴,後來轉下腳腕,又郁得喎,繼續去,感覺都唔錯,下屆有機會再去
