Reply from Standard Chartered Marathon Secretariet.
I do not receive the confirmation letter.
In the official website, I sent email at the "contact Us"" so many times, but no response received, they promise to reply within 48 hours, bullshit.
I dialled the hotline no and called customers services officer. A gentleman picked up my call and said that my letter together with other applicants' letters was passed to the postal office altogether. He believed that the postal office was unable to deliver all the mails at a time. He refused to tell me the issue date of my confirmation letter. The 300 fee was charged excessively high, no service..... If there are other races which competes with Standard chartered Marathon, I must join it instead of the standard chartered marathon...
Do any Ching or Ctse experience the same as my situation.
