I usually walk up Bowen Road or Wan Chai Gap playground to join races gar.  No problem at all.  See you guys tmw.

係愛丁堡廣場, 天星碼頭多層停車場, 大會堂對面坐 綠色小巴No.9
去 寶雲道,寶德臺對面落車,跟住向東行(10分鐘到)0.75KM 可以到 寶雲徑(起跑點)

Sorry!  MJ is correct coz no. 15 only passes Wan Chai Gap Playground, and U have to walk down to Bowen Road for 10 mins.

Just completed the 5 Km run in a slow time of 25 mins+ (2 mins+ slower than last yr).  Still felt tire after last nit's 6 Km slow run.  Nice to meet MJ, nc and sportfighter.

不打緊, 為了慳番d比賽費, 最後也是由灣仔行上灣仔峽過寶雲道.

很高興又完成了一個賽事, 時間: 26'37" , 其實目標是25'的, 不過不緊要, 件紀念背心很靚很型呢   

今天很開心與blurmax ching & mj ching一起比賽.  一起步己不見了mj ching, 而blurmax ching也很快地過了小妹   , 明天兩位ching也有報1/4隻馬, 努力加油呀

I completed the last 5K series race (Bowen Road) under a mild sunny weather. Indeed, it is an OK weather for all runners.

In 1K, there was a "traffic congestion" lasting for almost 2 mins before all runners could run  in their own pacing.  I used 12 mins+ for the first part, then used 10min+ for return, totally 22 mins ~ 30s. (This is my second best of the year)

Happy to see Blurmax, nc and other runners again.

The result is 22'21  Total position 86, Cat. position 15

MJ, U really did a good run compared with my 24"18'.  U can do it within 22 mins next time.
