I think only the Garmin GPS watch can have the function that you want.  You can actually enter the distance, the recovery time and # of intervals that you want.  The alarm will sound when ...

I am thinking buying a Garmin watch because I want to use my watch as bicycle computer too.

Garmin Forerunner 305
or
Garmin Forerunner 405

Both you can mount on bike. Good for dualathon.  405 is newer but 305 screen is bigger and better for bike (because I cna get the Multi-Sport Bundle)

It is not only a watch ar. You are actually paying for the GPS module.

I have the original Forerunner 205, then I bought the 305 now I am waiting for the 405 to go onsale, hopefully at the end of the year.  BTW, Louis, the 305 does show clock time.

How do you like the 305?  I know 405 is newer but 305 seems to have bigger screen and I like bigger screen. haha

I am fine with my sunnto watch, but I think it's nice to get a gps watch so I can use it with cycling too.  The other cycling GPS that this C hing got is too expensive and too heavy for me

I think I go run at victoria park tomorrow morning.

305 is too bulky, 405 finally looks like a watch.  I played with it at the LAM expo.  But I agree with you, the display is bigger for the 305.

That's why I haven't buy it.  If you really want to try the 405, you can get your watch at REI.  Then you can play with it and return it.  They have a very good return policy =P

P.S. HK is sucking my money away... I guess I need to save money.

Hello awyh hing, long time no talk!  My 305 has night light (press the on/off button for more than a few seconds), your 205 should have it too.
