I'd bought a pair of new shoe Sunday and 1st time to running with it on this morning
After 30 minutes I got a blister on heel , may be need to stop for few day until its heal
Are there any solution to avoid this issue especially for new shoes
Yes, you can try moleskin. I have been using it for many many years to prevent blisters when wearing new shoes and before LSDs and marathons. I also use it when wearing hiking boots hiking in the mountains. It comes in a long roll and just cut it to different sizes that you want. Patch it onto the hot spots next time before running. Good stuff!!
But don't put it on the blister though, it sticks pretty good. You will be sreaming in pain when you try to peel it off from the blister. Only put on the hot spots (areas which you think it will have a blister soon).
