唔知有冇人試過呢隻牌子既compression呢?
比起2XU好明顯較厚, 個款又比較特別

I just purchased R2 calf gurads few week ago and have done once 10K trail running!
I felt a little bit weird when I first put on those compression guards during my run

I dont own any 2xu products, cant really tell the different
The shop keeper told me that compressport is the best compression in the market so far, compare with skins, 2xu . I dont know I just buy it and see hows it going .
but some how I found ths statistic data on the net although it was 2009 data .

Cep compression its also a popular compression brand & Dave Scott , Andy Potts is their sponser althletes.any idea with this Cep.!

How do we going to use compression products?

Are we really need to put on it pre & post  during the workout .?

During workout help to stablize your muscle, many people can feel it.
Post workout means faster recovery.
How is your weird feeling on them? Most people get used to it easily. Hope you are choosing the right size.

That little weird feeling it actually the pressure from the guards, this is my 1st compression gear. I have some other running tights but feeling is totally different.

I think I choosing the right size because I cant put on any small size they have ....."does it mean I choose the right size"???? they help me to messure my calf part b4 let me try on it !

Anyway I did think of buying 2XU , I actually emailing ginny b4 . finally I chosen compressport.....
I also tried on SKINS , I think their material of the calf guards is more "Thick" then compressports. you wont belive it .!

I have a questions ! How many pair of calf guards you got ? I mean we need another pair of "clean" right after workout isnt ? means I need to buy another pair for my post workout .? Cant just keep on wearing the wet & odor one for post workout.! advice PLS!

I think the weird is just normal. If feeling is same as the normal tight, it is not a compression.
Compression is not mandatory for recover or workout, you can live without them. If you need them during and after, then invest one more is the only solution..... unless you can sleep with that smelly fabric..

hay sorry for the interrupt .! want to bother you again.! do you wearing full compression tights rather then just calf guards for your daily basis pre & post.? perhaps full tighs will cover thigh as well...! fulll is better then guards?

Full tight is always better than calf.
Calf is used when long tight is not allowed, e.g. Triathlon

ching , In your photo , the calf guard u use is R2 or Ultra R2 ?
as i can see there are some 粒粒 near the ankle area
