試下做小小翻譯，譯得唔好大家指點下:
Anaphylatic reaction: 過敏反應。通常指局部的反應如紅腫，但亦可指較嚴重的全身反應，應該同師姐無關
hydrogen peroxide: 雙氧水
normal saline: 生理鹽水
其實以上兩樣都 ...

Lvrunner c-hing, there has not been any case of West Nile virus infection in HK. Of the mosquito-borne diseases prevalent in the area, it is Dengue of the highest concern, considering its high incidence in SE Asia and the occurrence of some cases in Macao as well. In fact there are imported cases of Dengue from Macao this year. Malaria has also been limited to importation only. JE is also of concern since it's also prevalent in China and Japan. But unlike US, where West Nile really stirred up quite a lot of precautions (and M&M too).

剛才去了屈人寺, 靚女藥劑師看了我的"蚊"患處, 瞪大對眼說"好腫喎" , 我也給她的反應嚇一嚇, 差點想問她有無得救.

她介紹我用一隻叫 "soov bite"的藥膏 - "pain and itch relief gel with antiseptic for stings and insect bites",  lignocaine hydrochloride 3% w/w, cetrimide 0.5% w/w, 她說antibiotic 藥膏要看醫生才可以買到. 她說我這樣腫都要一個星期才會痊癒, 如果再無效便要看醫生

antiseptic ~ 消毒
lidocaine ~ for 麻醉 (止痛用),
