I only recalled that I walked along South Bay Road at the waterfront until the end of it (probably 10 - 15 mins)

Completed the AVOHK 5K Series Race IV at South Bay in a moderate fast time of 24:58 mins^.^ Despite not running fast enough, still enjoyed the race.

The 1st try of my NB Minimus proved it effective of racing especially running swiftly on the sand beach. However the last 5 metres max sprint really made me fel the hard strikes on my palms^.^
