京都マラソン２０１３の開催日が決定しました。
    京都マラソンの第２回大会である京都マラソン２０１３の開催日が、平成２５年３月１０日（日）に決定しました。第１回大会に引き続き、「東日本大震災復興支援」、「京都・日本の活性化」をメインコンセプトに開催致します。
    ランナー募集など、大会の詳細につきましては、今後、当公式サイトなどを通じ、発表して参ります。

I've recently found found this website to search my photo. But how to login English page?  I can see there is a Tab "English" at the top right corner of this page: http://allsports.jp/kyoto_marathon/2012/

However, whenever I click on this, it gives me another Japanese page to input bid no. and I can only buy the CD.
