Another RnR marathon by the Elite group.  Will know tomorrow where it is.  Sounds like Seattle to me. Actually it might be LA.  Remember Devine is selling the LAM now.

I know, just like LV, it sucks big time too!!  Devine owes a lot of money (LAM and LVM), they want to keep LVM alive but try to sell off LAM for a big lump sum to pay off all the debts.

Are you still in HK?  How was the running there?

I ran 1 day and hiked 2 days.  I have pictures and route to show you guys.

Met a not so friendly runner during a hike.  I am 200 lbs and he said he doesn't recommend me running marathon because I am too heavy.  He is one of those runner that can finish a marathon in like 3 hours something.  I told him HK and other country (US) has different running culture (a lot of people just want to have fun and just want to finish) but he seem to ignore that part of my comment.  Typical person that wants to go super fast and beat records everytime.

I think Team In Training is a good thing, bringing people together to fundraise money to cure for blood cancer and train for marathon.

I am not as fast but I have fun taking pictures and I enjoy the race.  I don't go over my limit and I know I can always go faster the next time.  You bet I'll take lot of people can chat with japanese girls when I do Tokyo (hopefully next year!!!)

Nothing wrong with his point of view and nothing wrong with my point of view.  I think as long as I do proper training I am ok.  If you do a marathon without training, than that's dangerous... kind of like hiking... if you don't know what you are doing it can be very dangerous.  I guess he think I don't know what I am doing

The most important thing is to avoid injury no matter hiking or marathon. Enjoy

Louis, I won't even pay attention to this guy, he probably thinks he is a hot shot and only runs the HK marathon ~ a typical 井底之蛙!  He hasn't opened his eyes (single minded) to the world of marathon yet.  Did you tell him to come over to LA, New York or even Honolulu to see what kind of runners you see in a marathon.

What is the meaning of 'Hot Shot"? I heard this copy in some of the Hollywood movie but I cannot got it.  Is that meant 新手? or 高手?
