睇完個玩法覺得比賽時會刺激，策略上安排亦好重要！
RACE RULES：
Teams will consist of 6 runners.
2 of the runners must be Veterans i.e. over age 40. (this does not apply to junior teams).
Each runner will run about 4km to the start of the second dam and back, aprox. 8 kilometers. EXCEPT female runners who will run only 7 kilometers. Please see below map.
You can have as many women runners in your team as you please.
Runners will represent their team as runner A, runner B, runner C, runner D, runner E and runner F.
All team runner A’s will start at 16.00. 1 minute later runner B’s will start. 1 min later runner C’s will start. 30s later D’s will start. 30s later E’s will start and 30s later F’s will start.
The winning team will be the team which has the fastest LAST team member to cross the finish line. Obviously there are some interesting tactics involved in working out starting positions for the 6 team members, especially if the team includes a female, who will have to run a kilometer less than the men.
Tactically the fastest expected runner (male or female) will be the last to start for the team.
