XT can do this, called 'training partner.'
e.g. 400m x 4, in between take 1min rest, repeat 4 times.
auto countdown 1 min
also you can set up 'virtual competitor',
e.g. 10km takes 60min for the competitor, will show how fast / how slow you are on behind the competitor. Good for time training.
