KL Marathon organizer:
It is disappointed to see your impolite and rude reply. Do you have been taught how to treat each customer with respect? Why you can’t mail us our race bags? We need to fly to Kuala Lumpur and back for ten hours just for collection of race bags? Furthermore, you did not give any evidence to the bad weather conditions, since the airlines do not accept this, in addition to their normal flights. Do you think the airlines do not know weather conditions as much as you? Or they do not cheat us as you did? We should lose our money just because we have registered KL Marathon and trusted you? We will do our best to correct this mistake, then?
Your cancellation on KL Marathon has caused frustration among runners, particularly in overseas runners. We have not seen any honest from you, and will not to be cheated again. I don't know who will go to any Malaysia marathon before we can see reasonable reimbursement of airplane tickets and related expenses
Just stop here for further contemplations
