Running in Germany

Hi, Ching Ctse, This week, I was working in Germany.  My company is in Hanau where is close to Frankfurt. The weather here is very suitable for running. The temperature is only around 10 -15C and the humidity is just around 70%. I ran along the River Main almost every morning (around 13km). There is almost no sweating after more than 1 hour of running.  Unbelievable!!! By the way, I spent one day in Oktoberfest in Munich.  It is really amazing and I drank 4L of beer and eat a lot of sausage and pork knuckle . That is the reason why I have to run harder to reduce my weight.

一定要飲餐飽, 但ching竟然可飲到4L, 佩服佩服！

13km running not enough to reduce your 4L beer's energy,
at least run for a half Marathon.

I have registered the 15km run in Istanbul Marathon already .  I am afraid I cannot finish the FM and I do not want to "客死異鄉".  But I am a bit worry now since I did not receive any further reply after the confirmation of registration. I asked them but still no any reply is received.

You didn't get it?  It was a joke!  With all those exotic places you got to travel to, I want to quit my job and work for your company so I can go to the same places with company expenses!!

Sorry David Ching,  That day when I replied you, I just came back from Germany and sleep less than two hrs. So, my brain is completely stucked.  Running in the place with cold weather is really good. You have no tired feeling if you do not sweat.  Is there explanation for this phenomenon?
