今日起步,在RR與SLR間決擇: RR保守些,但一定要放棄一課長課或TEMPO; SLR為險著,但易安排餘下課堂...最後狀態決定一切.
頭兩K幾好,於是索性做SLR....但始終是剛病癒,第二個CYCLE時明顯跌WATT,到第三個時就更慘不忍睹.所以都係五個字:欲速則不達.
