Recently I felt pain in the left ankle whenever I ran more than an hours, then I ceased running for two weeks and It's better. Then I started again to practise HM. The first attempt, I just coukd ran 14K and felt hungry, the second attempt, I could ran 17K and felt pain in the right knee and left ankle again. This Monday I finally finished HM practise in about 3 hours. How can I finish the Fm this years
