What is cliff bar? Is it some kind of energy bar?

Hi Alex hing,

You are right!  Clif bar is energy bar just like Power Bar.  Clif bar is much more popular in North America than Power Bar.  You guys have no Clif bars in Hong Kong?  The popular Clif bar pace team appears at most major marathons to help to pace runners.
