請問大家長課（20K以上）渴多少水及用什麼水樽？因為小弟用緊650ml水樽跑20K覺得不夠用。本來打算買背揹水袋（有條候那種），但覺得好束縛及焗身！大家可否給些意外。

thx Pita, but you have enough water with the small bottle? In summer LSD, I sweat alot and feel very thirsty.

固體蛇, I guess 1 litre is not too much for LSD (over 20K) in summer. I run 22K yesterday, and I am so thirsty after 18K and I finished my 650ml water

Me too, so I buy extra water from the gas stations or 7-11 that I see en route during LSD.

我都想買，不過唔係水樽，係腰包水壺，睇過Nathan都幾好。另一隻Fuelbelt係三鐵鋪有。都耍三四佰蚊，如果有團購就好！
