求救 - Garmin Fenix record問題

早前買左隻 Fenix, 琴日操完一輪, save低左個record
係隻錶個"track" option 見到個record , 但過返入電腦時, basecamp 認唔到個record
電腦顯示隻錶入面冇record!!

希望各位師兄指教下應該點先入得返個record, 謝謝

Garmin 的設備記錄track後要save, 唔做save會將多次記錄做成1條track.
我都有用Fenix, 用basecamp應該認唔到個record. 我係將錶內記錄直接upload上Garmin Connect. (用 Garmin Connect 要註冊)

錶內的.fit 可直接在電腦上存取.

I have the same problem before and needed to upload the file manually. Yesterday, I changed the file output to gpx/fit type then the activity is now be searched by Garmin connect and mapmyrun.

Try set up - tracks - output - then select GPX/FIT.

多謝師兄指教, 原本仲想拎錶去整, 而家可以再試真D 先

可以load 上Garmin connect 仲好啦, 資料容易D 睇
自從攪唔掂隻fenix 之後都係用返910 算, 唯一麻煩在行十幾廿個鐘時要帶奶媽即場charge

我係電腦白痴, 想問多少少先:

1. 記錄track後點再save架? 我驚我"甘"錯掣

2. 轉左file output to gpx/ fit 檔之後, 係咪用佢隻手指upload 上garmin connect?

I ordered and payed one from here : http://www.asiasportconnection.com/product-category/garmin/ but then they refused to sale it with 2816HKD to me, the reason is that the price is not right for online shop.
