My experience with FR620 was very bad. I bought it on 23 December and used it for almost 3 months. The cable was out of order and it took me more than 5 weeks to get it back. With the "fixed" cable, I even could not charge my watch. I plan to return both the watch and the cable for maintenance (as I do not know whether the problem lies with the watch or cable), supposedly take me another 4 to 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear that！
I did have problem with its Garmin Express software. It couldnt detect the watch sucessfully. I need to use Garmin Fit instead until Garmin Express has been updated recently. It works with my watch now！
