救命! 好痛 ching入黎救救小弟!

我上個禮拜如常地星期2同4練跑
而星期6就去左香港仔上山跑左4,5km
跑完之後 2隻腳2則既腳較位至上面小腿舊骨勁痛
蹲低一陣都已經痛
星期1仲勉強跑多4km
但係宜家仲痛緊 唔知有冇ching知咩事?

    去睇下醫生好喎.....
    不過如果真係有事ge 話隨時比醫生"disable" 你隻腳....(打石膏)
    p.s. 我以前試過傷小腿骨搞到行步路都唔掂

    咁又冇咁嚴重 只係蹲低一陣痛
    問過朋友 佢又話之前試過 過幾日又冇乜野
    我平時行路都冇野 但係有d心謊

    Pain is a signal from your own body to indicate something wrong. Don't ignore this signal or you'll regret later. In fact, when you feel pain, there maybe somthing wrong happened. In addition to see doctor, check your running shoes, don't just look at the appreance but the actual milage (this is why a running log is essential).  This is always the 1st suspect for runner's injury. One easy way is take a short rest for recovery then change a new pair of shoes to try again, you may get the answer immediately.

    你要講多少少你的資料及跑步的情况,
    例如年齡,跑齡,每月跑多少里等等.....

    有事緊係要睇醫生,但有時知道多D 護理及預防方法,實好d 嫁!

    You should stop running if the pain isn't going away and go see your doctor to find out what is wrong with it.  Take care.

    試下冰敷10分鐘,如無紅腫可熱敷,交替幾次可以舒緩痛楚.
