８ 競技規則2015年度日本陸上競技連盟競技規則及び本大会規程により行います。
９ コース(1) マラソン(42.195km)
岡山県総合グラウンド体育館(桃太郎アリーナ)前をスタートし、同陸上競技場(シティライトスタジアム)をフィニッシュとするコース(日本陸上競技連盟公認申請予定) (2) ファンラン(4.5km)

- 日本陸連登録競技者については、平成27年度(2015年度)の登録者とさせていただきます。
- マラソン、ファンランともに車いすでの参加はできません。
- 障害のある方(身体障害者手帳又は療育手帳等をお持ちの方)で単独走行が困難な方は、伴走者を1人付けることができます（盲導犬の伴走はできません)。
- 制限時間は、マラソン、ファンランともに号砲を基準とします。
- マラソンの記録計測は、計測チップによる自動計時システムを使用します。
- ファンランは楽しみながら走ることを目的とし、競技的なランニングとは一線を画す種目です。そのため、記録計測及び表彰を行いません。
- 交通・警備、競技運営上、コース内に収容関門を複数個所設け、収容関門ごとに閉鎖時刻を設定します。また、収容関門以外においても著しく遅れた場合は、競技中止を指示することがあります（関門の場所、閉鎖時刻の詳細は決定次第、大会公式ホームページ等でご案内します）。
- ファンランは、距離・制限時間が若干変更になる場合があります。
11 参加申込方法等インターネット又はコンビニ店頭にて申込み(エントリー)ができます。
12 受付・参加賞引換日時、場所2015年(平成27年)11月７日(土) 10:00～19:30(予定)
岡山県総合グラウンド
- 大会当日(11月８日(日))の受付は行いません。
- 上記時間帯以外の受付は行いません。
- 受付時に身分証明書等により本人確認を行いますので、必ず本人がご来場ください。
- 身分証明書等を持参しない場合は受付できません。
- 障害のある方で伴走者と共に参加する方は、身体障害者手帳又は療育手帳等を必ずご持参ください。また、受付は伴走者と２人で行ってください。
- ペアエントリーの受付は２人別々でも可能ですが、必ず本人が受付を行ってください。
- 日本陸連登録競技者で記録証明書を希望される方は、受付時に申込手続きをしてください。なお、手数料は500円です。
13 参加賞参加者全員に参加賞として大会オリジナルＴシャツをお渡しします。
また、完走された方には、記念品として大会オリジナルフィニッシャータオルをお渡しします。
14 スタートの整列- 安全でスムーズなスタート運営を行うため、マラソンは、日本陸連登録の有無にかかわらず、申込時の申告タイムを参考にして、スタートブロックを設定します。ペアエントリーの場合も、各個人のタイムを基にそれぞれのスタートブロックを設定します。申告タイム未記入の場合はマラソンの最後尾の整列ブロックとします。
- ファンランは、最後尾の整列ブロックからのスタートとなります。
15 表彰1. マラソン | ① 総 合 | 男女各1位から8位までの入賞者を表彰します。(ステージ表彰) | | ② 年代別 | 年代別10歳刻み(29歳以下、30歳代、40歳代、50歳代、60歳代、70歳以上)の男女各1位から3位までの入賞者を表彰します。(表彰式は行わず賞状は後日送付) |
2. ファンラン 表彰は行いません。 16 手荷物- マラソン参加者の手荷物は、スタート・フィニッシュ会場においてお預かりします。
- ファンラン参加者の手荷物は、スタート会場でお預かりした後、フィニッシュ会場まで主催者が搬送します。
17 ランナーストップ大会中、事故や火災など緊急事態が発生した場合、コースを緊急車両等が通行する可能性があります。その際は、スタッフの指示により走行を一時的に停止させていただきます。
18 その他- 大会参加者は、事前に十分にトレーニングし、健康診断を受診する等、各自の責任において健康状態を確認するなど、体調には万全の配慮をした上で参加してください。
- スペシャルドリンクの受付は行いません。
- 大会会場に駐車場はありませんので、公共交通機関をご利用ください。公共交通機関、道路事情による遅刻について、主催者は一切責任を負いません。
- 登録の部の参加者については、仮装して出走することは認めません。登録の部以外の参加者は、他の方を不快にさせたり、危険が及ぶなど、スポーツイベントにふさわしくない仮装は禁止します。当日、主催者の判断で競技中止を指示することがあります。
- 広告目的で大会会場(コース上を含む)に企業名・商品名等を意味する図案及び商標等、広告的なものを身につけたり表示することはできません。
- 大会の映像・写真・記事・個人記録等は、主催者及び主催者が承認した第三者が大会運営及び宣伝等の目的で、大会プログラム・ポスター等の宣伝材料、テレビ・ラジオ・新聞・雑誌・インターネット等に掲載することがあります。また、主催者が認めるものについて、写真等の委託販売を行うことがあります。
- その他、大会に関する事項については主催者の指示に従ってください。

６ Competition RegulationsThe races will be conducted in accordance with the 2015 financial year rules and regulations set forth by the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF), and the rules and regulations set forth for this event.
７ Course(1) Marathon (42.195km)
The course will start from the front of the Okayama Prefectural Multipurpose Grounds Gymnasium (Momotaro Arena), and finish at the Okayama Prefectural Multipurpose Grounds Athletics Stadium (City Light Stadium). *The course will be submitted to JAAF for official recognition. (2) Fun run (4.5km)

- JAAF registered athletes are restricted to those registered during the 2015 financial year.
- Wheel chairs cannot be used in either the marathon or fun run.
- Individuals with disabilities (and who are carrying their physical disability or rehabilitation certificate) who have difficulty participating solo are able to enter with an escort runner. Participants cannot run with guide dogs.
- The time limit for both marathon and fun run will be measured from the firing of the starter’s gun.
- Marathon times will be recorded via an automatic timekeeping system utilising a timing chip.
- The fun run is not a competitive event and aims only to allow entrants to enjoy running. As such, times will not be recorded and prizes will not be awarded.
- Cut-off times are set at each checkpoint due to limitations of traffic control/security in event operation. Participants who miss cut-off times not only for checkpoints but also for other points by significant margins will be disqualified. Details of checkpoint locations and cut-off times will be made available on the event homepage as they are decided.
- Minor changes may be made to the distance/time limit of the fun run.
９ ApplicationApplications can be made via the internet.
- In the case where entrant numbers are exceeded, a lottery will be conducted.

Okayama Prefectural Multipurpose Grounds
- Registration will not be carried out on the day of the event (Sunday November 8) .
- Registration will not be carried out at any time other than that specified above.
- ID verification will be carried out at registration. Participants cannot be registered by proxy.
- Participants cannot be registered without appropriate ID.
- For entrants with a disability who will be participating with an escort runner, please be sure to be carrying your physical disability or rehabilitation certificate. Please register together with your escort runner.
- Registration for pair entries can be carried out individually, but participants may only register themselves.
- For JAAF registered athletes seeking record certification, please fill out the application form at registration. A fee of ¥500 will apply.
11 Participation AwardAll participants will be provided with an original event T-shirt as a participation award.
Those who finish the run will be awarded a finisher towel as a commemorative souvenir.
12 Awards(1) Marathon | 1. Overall | Awards will be presented to the top eight placing male and top eight placing female runners (on stage award presentation) | | 2. Age Groups | The top three placing male and top three placing female runners of each 10 year age group (29 and below, over 30, over 40, over 50, over 60, and over 70) will be presented awards.
