| 計算全隊三人的總名次之總和，如有同分，則比較隊中第三名的成績。
Total score of 3 teammates' overall positions will be counted. In case of tie, the result of the third teammate will be counted.

| 每位隊員必須填寫 「第一及第二部份」 ，全隊三份表格須一併遞交，否則當作個人組別辦理。
Each teammate must fill in "Part A & B". THREE entry forms must be submitted together, otherwise will be treated as individual category.
如參加隊際組別之人士，須以郵寄或親身之方式遞報名表。
Team enteries will be accepted by submitting the entries by mail or in person only.

報名一經接納，報名費將不獲發還及不得轉讓。
Entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the entry is accepted.
逾期報名、傳真或電郵報名，恕不受理。
Late application, application by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.- 如賽事因天氣或他因素導致取消，大會將安排退還百分之五十的報名費予參加者
In case of event has to be cancelled due to adverse weather or other reason, HKAAA will refund 50% of the entry fee to the participants.
| 接納通知
Acceptance Confirmation
| 如報名被接納，運動員將於賽前 10 天收到接納通知書，如未收到，必須於2008年12月22日前聯絡本會，以便查核報名資料。大會不設現場報名。
Successful applicants will receive Acceptance Letter 10 days before the race. If not, MUST contact HKAAA before 22 December 2008 to check their entries. No entry will be accepted on the race day.

大會巴士
Official Bus | 運動員可乘搭大會巴士前往比賽場地，每人來回車費港幣 25 元。
Athletes can take Official Bus to the venue. The fare for round trip is HK$25 per person.

Starting Time Zone | 為改善起跑秩序，起點將設立起跑時區，跑手應根據自己的成績，在相應的區域內起步。
To improve the order at the Starting Point, Time Zone will be assigned at the starting area. Runners should start from their respective Time Zones according to their personal performances.
| 晶片計時
Chip Timing | - 賽事將採用晶片計時，跑手必須佩帶晶片作賽。
Chip timing system will be used in the race. All runners need to wear the Chip for timing. - 如擁有個人黃色晶片，請於報名表上填寫其號碼，否則，必須採用大會提供之晶片，每個晶片須於報名時繳付港幣100元的按金，如以支票付款，請另開一張支票 ($100)繳付按金。
Applicant who owns Yellow Chips should fill the Chip number on the entry form. Or they are required to pay a deposit of HK$100 per chip to hire the chip upon application. If payment by cheque, please issue a separate cheque ($100) for the deposit.
| 晶片及號碼布領取
Chip / No. Cloth Collection | 運動員須於賽前領取晶片及號碼布，詳情將於接納通知書內列出。
Runners are required to collect the Chips and No. cloths before the race. Details will be forwarded to successful applicants through the Acceptance Letter. | 晶片及按金退還
Returning of Chip and Deposit | - 比賽完畢後，請立即退回晶片，如未能即場交回，請於賽後5天內交回香港業餘田徑總會辦公室。
The Chip should be returned to the organizer right after the race. Or they should be returned to HKAAA office within 5 days after the race. - 如運動員如期歸還晶片，以支票繳付按金者，按金支票將會被銷毀。以信用卡繳付按金者，$100元的按金將不會被過數。
If the athlete returned the Chip before the deadline, for those deposit paid by cheque, the deposit cheque will be disposed; for those deposit paid by cedit card, the $100 transaction will not be processed. - 如限期過後，仍未交還晶片，本會將收取100元的按金。
If athlete fails to return the Chip after the deadline, the organizer will charge the $100 deposit.
| 上訴
Protest | 任何賽事須於成績公佈後30分鐘內以書面提出，並須交港幣100元上訴費。上訴交由香港業餘田徑總會長跑賽事委員裁決，如上訴得值，上訴費可獲發還。
Any protest must be made in writing within 30 minutes after the announcement of the result, and accompanied with a deposit of HK$100 to the HKAAA Distance Running Committee. The deposit will be refunded if the protest is proved right. | 備註

- 全場男/ 女子組冠軍; 將被獲邀參加於 2009 年2月22日 舉行的 沖繩馬拉松2009之全馬拉松比賽，勝出者必須符合代表香港參加國際邀請賽的資格:
Special awards for the winners for the Men's & Women's Overall Champions
The Overall Winners of the HKAAA Men's and Women's Categories will be invited to take part in the Full Marathon Category of The 2009 Okinawa Marathon to be held on 22 February 2009. Winners must be achieved the HKAAA selection standard to participate in the International Invitation Meetings:
a) 已在香港田總註冊不少於一年; 及
Registered athletes with HKAAA for not less than 1 year, and
b) 現居港連續 3 年 或以上。
Current residents in Hong Kong for at least 3 consecutive years.
破大會紀錄獎 (只限 2008/ 2009 田總註冊運動員)
Event Record Broken Awards (ONLY for 2008/ 2009 HKAAA Registered Athletes)
