小弟可能工作緊張, 又可能跑法有問題, 發現最近幾個月跑完胃氣好多. 有時什至覺得好影響生活, 大家有沒有試過? Any suggestion?

I just turned 27, usually run 2-3 times a week, each time around 3k. As the Standard Chartered 10k race is getting close these few weeks I run like 3-4 times a week, and sadly the uncomfortable feeling gets stronger too alone with my training...
