Support & Incentives
1. Each CityU delegate will be given a running uniform (running vest / t-shirt), all participants are required to wear the running uniform at their races to show our unity. A souvenir will also be given to all participants in the event. 送張adidas running shoes discount coupon.今年仲有個腕袋送。任揀一幅自己既數碼相俾工作人員，佢會用部不知名既機器幫你晒一張即影即有相出來，o個個就係souvenir
2. Baggage handling service will be provided.有包食,有冷熱飲品
3. Physiotherapy service will be provided after the race.
4. Group or individual photos will be taken throughout the event at suitable junctures. o係網上太難揾倒SC 10K d比賽相, 我一幅都揾唔倒，要靠city勒。
5. The top runners in each category of the CityU Delegation will be given a prize and invited to the Reunion & Prize Presentation Dinner。而且每組頭五名可以免費嘆個$100既晩餐添，我今次冇份，留番下次半馬攞。
6. Running Clinics will be arranged from 29 October 2009 to 25 February 2010. 同一班有100%出席率送對adidas袜, 有位黃sir教跑。可以o係上堂時間免費入聯合運動場練習，會識倒d baptist u d同學仔，仲會遇倒d poly u同學仔。
7. Briefing Seminar will be held on 26 November 2009 at the Joint Sports Centre, 36 Renfrew Road, Kowloon Tong to brief members of delegation on full details concerning the event.
8. Support & Incentives will only be given to those who wear CityU running uniform in the race.
9. 今年City 得到adidas sponsor, 有個adidas running workshop介紹adidas d跑鞋同Mi-Coach ，入場有對adidas袜送同埋有得抽奬攞Mi-Coach。
10. 識倒1d志同道合既校友同職員。而家遼緊d校友組隊參加沙田越野跑,希望成事啦!
11. 如上面 B ching講，中途有city 打氣團，令到比賽更加有氣氛
Briefing seminar，running workshop 及 reunion dinner 係optional。既。
整體而言，除左個reunion dinner 大有可能會收錢以外、其餘活動都唔使錢。
回想當年，入左city幾年都未攞過運動比賽獎項及未做過City校隊，到畢業一直都覺得好遺憾。好彩呢個活動令我有機會補數。而且我都係o係個running clinic由初初只跑得幾個圈練到可以跑足10k，克服倒自己弱點，好開心!!
