去到馬灣已經開始小腿抽筋,之後半行半跑,途中小抽無數次、大抽4-5次。5粒鐘死到返維園。而家大小腿肌肉都好實同痛,有冇計快啲好返 ...
I have run a recover jog Mon & Tue (in fact Sun afternoon as well, while walking with my dogs ^.^) Feel almost recovered today.
You may apply combination of recover jog, massage, soak your legs with warm water... etc. From my painful experience, the longer you keep staying in your sofa/bed, the longer time the pain. Just my .02
