Is flaxseed available in HK? I have been eating it for quite awhile. I usually use one to two tablespoons and sprinkle them into my oatmeal and yogurt. Flaxseed is very rich in Omega-3. Studies have shown that it lowers cholesterol level.
我都有時加flaxseeds 落飲品或oatmeal,(available in點點綠 in supermarkets),但因太細粒,常黏在molar teeth, some friends suggest to grind them into powders and add to drinks. 我最初跑都因為胆固醇偏高,跑了二年,輕20磅但胆固醇反而高了:5.9....雖則如此,我愛上了跑步!!!講返三脂甘油酸,除了食少啲油,戒魷魚和蝦蟹膏都好重要,這郤是我至愛。。。希望各位師兄無我咁為食啦, 哈哈!
