I can now claim for the parcel as lost in post. I will refund you for the lost items and you can make a new order.

I have sent an email to them on 14/5. Two emails were received on 18/5 shown as above. Then I have sent another email again to confirm the lost of the parcel on the same day. Today (21/5) my email box is still empty. Once I get any message, I will PM everyone for that. |
