Since I might skip the long run training session tomorrow because of the church course at 10:30am,
I took an easy run at university gym room after the lecture.
flat running lane with an average of 4:53m/km, finish the workout when the distance has reached 10km...
left just after the cool down and relaxing exercise
(sweat too much after the run, didn't use other equipments ...for fear that I might dirt them even if I have brought a towel)
back home, took a nap, going to have dinner afterward.
Whatever, this week is sound good to me, a temprarily housemate moved in this Tuesday and treated me quite well.
However, really need to prepare myself for the final examination. |
