Completed the 5 Km CyberRun 2009 in a moderate time of 27 mins 36 secs which was 2 mins slower than my time in the same race in 2005.

Still enjoyed the race though^.^

Nice to meet some LongRun.hk's members including MJ, Saki in the race. Moreover I introduced a young lady runner to join our run later while I took minibus in the return trip.

今天參加了義工活動,被安排傷健行1.5k路線打交通,至10:30左右最後的參加者完成路程,任務便告結束,雖然不能為各師兄師姐打氣,有點兒可惜,但見各位師兄都能輕鬆完成賽程,與及復康人士以無比意志去參予,深感讚嘆。

今朝比賽雖然見到長跑網 CHING 唔係好多, 但好多teenagers, 氣氛十分熱鬧,
天氣都 OK. 時間 : 25’16. 路程超過 5.1 K.
網友有 Blurmax, Saki, Raymond417 和 Andyho 等等
