如題, 運動場圍圈跑約8K後突然出現膝頭外側痛, 發唔到力跑. (約1'50"/圈)
會否因為抖得太耐冇跑(2星期), 軟骨不勝負荷?

If the pain comes from the outside aspect of the thigh, it might be ITBS (Iliotibial Band Syndrome) causing you the pain. How big was the track? If it is a small track, you need to run both ways (clockwise and counter-clockwise) instead of just one direction. Running on a banked (slanted) surface might cause the pain too. Any swelling involved? If none, you don't need ice. Get a foam roller and roll it back and forth to loosen up the iliotibial band. Try put on a knee band when you run next time, it might help a little. Good luck and take care! |
