The 96th Tour de France will start off in Monaco (Grand Start)

Date:  July 4th to July 26th,

Distance:  3,500 km (approx: 2,100 miles)

Two Japanese cyclists in the race this year and a comeback from Lance Armstrong.

Who is planning to follow it?

I follow him on twitter closely.  No, he is definitely in!  As a matter of fact, he is in France now, he rode the 17th stage today.

Well, Cancellara claimed the 1st yellow jersey of this year with a time of 19' 32".  Armstrong came in 10th place with a time of 20'12" exactly 40 seconds behind Cancellara.  187 km tomorow!

佢就係大名鼎鼎, 死過翻生嘅 七屆環法冠軍 岩士唐 Lance Armstrong. 佢上兩月剛復出環義等12名, 今屆環法熱門之一!

You forgot to mention that he also did 2 times (06 and 07) NYC marathons (2:59 and 2:46) and last year's Boston Marathon (2:50).  

You like Sastre?  May be I own too many Garmin products.  I like Team Garmin this year.

Sastre won TDF last year, so need to focus on him.

Armstrong, Contador and Team Astana won Stage 4 but didn't get the jersey!!   Cancellara is keeping the jersey.

Stage One : Cancellara won by 40 sec.

Stage Four:  Armstrong won by 40 sec.

They are break even now going into Stage 5 tomorrow.  Armstrong looked very strong at the team time trial.
