well...I'm having some plantar fasciitis trouble lately so I should probably ease up a bit actually. I'm thinking of making some big cuts to mileage in October in order to be healthy for November races. As I'm sure other runners have experienced, I'm having a hard time reducing training volume to allow myself to heal properly. Running is just way too addictive
good run everyone. I don't think I was sub 22 but should be somewhere in PB range. I didn't run with a watch so will have to wait for the results to come out. Daniel should have hit the fast end of his target !
