9/8/09 跑步機 10k

第二次正式玩跑步機, set 0左 4min 1k 0既速度跑 10k, 又順利比我跑完喎~
當然我都明白呢個時間唔可以同街跑作直接比較0既, 但0個剎那都好開心0架~
叫做首次跑到 sub 40min 嘛~ 哈哈~

    今次衝圈係第一次以 spacer 作為戰鞋來衝鋒陷陣, 感覺上比舊戰鞋 idaten 輕0左一截~
    所以成績比以前有些少進步呀~
    不過耐力方面始終係我0既弱項, 一定要練多 d 長課了...

    I read your blog and message left for George's. From your blog, I know that you like and enjoy yours "沖圈". I am not sure what is your target in competition, either 5K, 10k 1/2 M or FM?, but there was not record in endurance training. Endurance training; aerobic capacity and tempo run, is quite important in long distance run. Of course, for a young guy they can handle 5k or 10k without any problem even they haven't practiced in endurance training or any kinds of training, but if you want to meet your target time, I believe it is an essential session included in your training schedule. If you can run 400 m in 1.5 min, can you finish 10K within 37.5 mins? If not, why? Because your performance declined with time, and it is a reason why long distance runner have to practice in endurance training.
    As I had join a training course held by Mr. Lee Ka Lun, an elite runner in Hong Kong, ours practice was mostly on tempo run and long run rather than "沖圈". He finished his HM last year around 1 hr 18min, of course he is champion in his age group again.
    Hope you can forgive my frankly comments.

    而我呢個 blog 一向都好 free 0架~ 隨便入黎唔使客氣喎~

    我0既目標係 10k @ 40min 呀~
    我呢幾個月真係越黎越少長課, 所以我0既耐力越來越差...
    加埋聽到你及佐治兄0既意見後, 我諗我會抽翻多 d 時間跑長課了~

    我想問, 應該跑乜0野速度及距離0既長課會較適合呢??

    以小弟愚見,剛開始有系統訓練的時候,每週縂里數,比長課和Tempo Run更重要.像Mike兄在用的Pfitz計劃,都有幾星期的Base Building.其實,這階段可以更長.跑的速度是在Aerobic range,BeeFing 哥可以把最近覺得跑得最好的比賽成績,用http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/cgi-bin/calculations.pl來算出應跑多快.Aerobic run range可以用Easy Run pace.

    到每週里數開始足夠時(70-100k),可以到下一個階段,加入Tempo Run.也是可以用上述的calculator來算Tempo pace是多少.

    其實,只要看一看Advanced Marathoning大概就知道了!我很多的跑步知識也是從那裏學來的.  Jack Daniels的系統有點不一樣.他的對象是很快的跑手(全馬五分多到六分一mile)或是很有天份的小孩跑手.但裏面的理論也是很有用.在下雖然沒這麽快,但也開始用一些他的概念.

    Mike ching, your coach is pretty fast in the Half Marathon.  1:18 can be top 80 in a pretty popular mid-sized half marathon in my region with 9k+ runners last year.  I am running this Half Marathon race this Oct but will be shooting for around 1:30 only.

    Yes, my coach Lee Ka Lun who is an elite runner in Hong Kong, his age is 50+ now. He is a nice man.

    I think I have seen a short TV program (Marathon Long Love) about him and his wife.  Both he and his wife certainly look very nice.  Coach Lee can definitely be among the very fast 50+ runners here too.
