Hi dude, I finished in 03:33 yesterday, I took a lots of dry fruits and can fruit after finished line.
We enjoyable~~

Alex, you need to go outside of HK to experience other marathons.  Totally different atmosphere than the HK marathon(s).  HK marathon(s) are super boring and no fun.

I missed the beef don this time.  I was right behind HY hing but didn't pay attention to it but I did have my white wine at mile 21.  I had ramen last year at the Tokyo Marathon.

Congrats !  I grabbed an empty box and took a whole box full of bagels, bananas, animal crackers and fruit cocktails.  LOL

洛馬跑成点?

Tired !  very tired!!  Wanted to go back to bed at mile 16.  Running with a damn cold and 2 marathons in 3 weeks did me good this time.  But I am glad I did my 5th LAM .   

Some issues need to be addressed before next year. Otherwise, great course with some hills.
