在靜止狀態下的心跳

Hi, I have keep one week 20-30KM for 1 year , now 在靜止狀態下的心跳 around 45-50.
how about u ?

ching that is pretty good!

Just had a body check, mine is 59...
Also you must be younger and with a sports background or doing other sports to get this low.

if not you are a gifted althete, I understand genes had something to do with it and the Chinese and Russian sports institutes use this as one of teh criteria to pick children with lower heart rate for intense training...

    小弟自己起身數心跳...50-60之間....不過番工,瞓覺唔定時...唔知準唔準.(加上瞓5-7小時左右)
    每星期3-5小時舉鐡...4小時其他運動堂(柔道+詠春).....8月就每星期40km以上...(通常3月開始慢慢加上去)

    My heart rate is 51 from body check
    But I never get such low rate when I measure it at home
    The normal rate I measured before bed is around 60

    靜止狀態下的心跳 :49 (Body Check 3 months ago)
    Football, gym , running, swimming....do exercise at least 5 hours per week

    小弟呢兩日捱夜做功課,岩岩 DIY check around 60~65.
    靜止好像還可以,可惜一跑便升得快。。。

    Probably lower than 45.  It has gone down quite a bit since I started running a few years back.

    for me, using do following for 1 week
    - run : 20-30KM
    - swim : 1 or twice per weeks , each for 60 x 50M , ~ 1 hours.
    - sit-up :  2 or 3 times per weeks, each for 200 ( 4 x50 per set actually)
    - push-up : 2 or 3 times per weeks, each for 100 ( 5 x25 per set actually)
    - gym : very few now ...
