It is not uncommon for long distance runners to have blood in urine (hematuria) after a race especially under hot weather temperature. It will disappear a day or two after the race. Try hydrate yourself the night before the race and during the race. Most often the blood comes from the bladder. The jarring of an empty bladder during running causes bruises and bleeding from the bladder wall. If blood in urine continuous after two or three days and with lower back and abdominal pain, then you should go see your doctor for more testing. Hope this helps.

Thanks 慢子兄!! Try drink lots of water (at least 10 cups a day) the next two days and the urine should go back to normal colour. If not, please go see doctor.
