I personally don't see any problems for you to continue doing endurance exercises in Hong Kong as long as you are doing it at sea level. Being borderline anemic is a disadvantage to you though. I won't recommend you running a marathon at higher attitude. You need red blood cells (RBC) to carry the oxygen inside your body. And you need iron in the RBC to transport oxygen to other vital organs and muscle cells. Do you have iron deficiency? Another way to compensate for this is by taking iron supplements such as pills or pork liver soup. You mentioned your RBC was at the lower normal limit the last time you checked? May be it is time for you to visit your doctor to do another blood work. After all, you train hard for a marathon, go for it.

You are fine. Just make sure you hydrate yourself more before your run next time. BUT if you still find yourself having abdominal discomfort after, you should go see a doctor and check it out. It might be something else other than just bloody urine. My thoughts.
Thanks a lot. It should be a signal of asking me to take a break from my body. Let me see any sign of recovery in the coming few days. Again, thanks for your advice.

You are welcome ! As a runner, it is very important to listen to your body. I am glad that you are doing it. Take care.
